Pre-Closing
✨ Hello Sparkling Creative Souls! ✨ We have a few little treasures to share with you — and while it may sound like I’m about to knock over a whole bottle of glitter… I promise, no actual spills today.
1. A Heartfelt Thank‑You Monique and I want to wrap each of you in the warmest, most glitter‑dusted gratitude for attending, participating, and sharing your magic in this year’s Art & Junk Journal Retreat. Your comments, posts, pictures, emails, and messages have filled our hearts to the brim. Truly — you’ve lit us up so much that we’re already weaving together the next gathering: The Autumn Muse Retreat. All I’ll whisper for now is… keep September open, especially around the first day of fall. 🍂 More details will flutter your way soon.
2. A Peek Behind the Curtain We’re working as quickly and carefully as two humans with glitter in their hair can — uploading videos, finalizing prize winners, smoothing out last‑minute tech gremlins, and assembling your digital goodies. Tech has been… let’s say, mischievous. And life decided to tap us on the shoulder and say, “Hey, I need attention too.” Things are taking longer than we hoped, and we are so sorry for the delay. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your continued support. You have no idea how much it means to us.
3. A Clear, Gentle Timeline To keep things stress‑free for everyone (including us!), we’re giving ourselves a generous window. All videos, prize winners, and digital prizes will be fully uploaded and released no later than Sunday, 5/3, by 11:59pm Pacific Time. This way, no one feels rushed, and nothing gets missed.
✨ Keep an eye on your inbox in the coming days — we have a few fun announcements on the way, including prize updates, a little creative “challenge” we’d love you to join, and the official Art & Junk Journal Retreat Survey. Your insights help us shape the next magical gathering.
With so much love and a swirl of fairy dust,
Michelle & Monique

Thank you so much for organizing the event. I am inspired and bursting with ideas. Now if I could only master folding the one page into a mini book I would be thrilled! I did it the first time I tried and have not been able to do it since :) I am very much looking forward to a fall event and already have it penciled in
